Winery established in 2018. We produce only Qvevri wines from Kakhetian and Kartlian grape varieties, with winemaking processes based on ancient winemaking technology. However, we have individual approaches depending on the grape varieties, which make our wine unique, cheerful, and meaningful. Unlike traditional practices, we pay great attention to three components in the fermentation process: the temperature during fermentation, the free space left in the Qvevri, and the amount of grape skins. The average amount of our production is 14,000 bottles. Our main markets are foreign countries such as Japan, Austria, the Czech Republic, the USA, Italy, and Latvia
