Product sample policy

At Gvinico, we value our potential buyers and understand the importance of evaluating products before making a purchase. We aim to process sample requests efficiently to best serve our clients. Here is our policy:

• Sample Requests: Submit requests through our Product page by adding items to your Wishlist and Samples list and clicking "Request Samples."
• Supplier Evaluation: We discuss with suppliers the possibility of providing free samples. Some exceptions may apply.
• Shipping Costs: Sample delivery is not free. Expect an invoice for delivery costs.
• Legal Compliance: All shipments must comply with the sender's and recipient's countries' laws. Gvinico reserves the right to refuse samples due to legal restrictions.
• Feedback and Approval: Each request is evaluated individually. We will email you the cost and terms for approval before proceeding.

Step 1. Please visit the Product page.

Step 2. On the Product page, click "Add to Wishlist and Samples" and the counter will increase in the corresponding icon in the right header area.

Step 3. Go to the Wishlist & Samples by clicking the icon in the right header area, check the selected products. If all is well — click the "Request Samples" button.
