Spring Fields is a boutique winery dedicated to the micro-vinification of Muscaturi Rkatsiteli, a unique grape created by crossing Muscat of Alexandria and the Georgian autochthonous Rkatsiteli. Located in the Manavi micro-zone of Georgia's Kakheti region, vineyards benefit from an ideal climate and soil composition for producing exceptional white wines. Founded in 2019 by winemaker Saba Kitiashvili, Spring Fields began with just 100 bottles and explored over 50 winemaking methods to perfect their craft. Today, they produce sparkling, classic, and fortified wines exclusively from Muscaturi Rkatsiteli.
Spring Fields remains committed to quality and tradition, producing over 1500 bottles annually. Each bottle is unfiltered, hand-crafted, and meticulously processed to preserve the authentic structure of the wine. Saba Kitiashvili’s hands-on approach ensures that every bottle reflects the art of winemaking and the rich heritage of Georgian viticulture.
