Nikifore family winery was founded in 2017 and is located in Tskneti. Since they did not have their own vineyards, the winery decided to source grapes from different terroirs to produce wines with a designated origin or simply unique wines. Typically, they source grapes from the same vineyard year after year; however, if the weather conditions or a particular vintage do not meet their standards, they choose not to harvest that variety in that year. Currently, they produce 4-5 different types of wine annually, totaling between 5,000 and 7,000 bottles. Additionally, they craft two types of chacha and sparkling wines, using both traditional and pét-nat methods.
Their goal is to expand while maintaining quality, and to establish long-term partnerships with trusted and stable partners.
