Gebrale family winery was founded on April 14, 2021. The cellar is located in the Gurjaani municipality, in the village of Vachnadziani, situated on the northeastern slope of the Tsiv-Gombori ridge. The village's fields are located at an altitude of 300-700 meters above sea level, on the border of the Gurjaani and Telavi municipalities.
The winery boasts its own vineyards, from which all its wine is produced. The vineyards are maintained using bio-preparations, without the use of mineral fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. The following grape varieties are cultivated: Chitistvala, Kakhetian Mtsvivani, Budeshuri Tetri, Grdzelmtevana, Ingilouri, Simonaseuli, and Tkuptkvirta.
Wine production at Gebrale is conducted in Qvevri using natural methods and traditional Georgian techniques. Currently, the winery produces three types of wine: Chitistvala, Kakhetian Mtsvivani, and Budeshuri Tetri.
