Wine Horizon, established in 2022, is located in the village of Kvatiskhevi, Kaspi district, within the Shida Kartli region of Georgia. The winery, situated 2 meters underground, houses 7-ton Qvevris, stainless steel tanks, and modern winemaking equipment. Wine Horizon is dedicated to producing natural Qvevri wine using traditional Georgian methods. Their vineyard, located 4 km from the winery in Kvatiskhevi, currently produces red wine from the Tavkveri grape variety. In 2024, they plan to expand their assortment by adding at least two more grape varieties.
The winery's current production includes 1,000 bottles of dry red wine made from Tavkveri, with plans to produce 3,000 bottles of three different wines this year (2024). The founding of Wine Horizon is seen as a continuation of the work of the founders' ancestors, particularly their grandfather and great-grandfather.
