Tezi Winery, founded in 2022, is a new Georgian venture created by four friends passionate about wine. They collaborated with master winemaker Ioseb Abdushelishvili, known for his award-winning natural wines. The winery produces 100% natural wines, using carefully selected grapes from specific micro-zones. These grapes are fermented in Qvevris using traditional Georgian methods, allowing the wines to mature for months or even years. This process enhances the wines' rich, textured, and complex flavors through unique micro-oxygenation.
Committed to preserving the grapes' natural characteristics with minimal intervention, Tezi Winery has a production capacity of 40,000 to 50,000 bottles annually. The wines are a testament to Ioseb Abdushelishvili's touch and integrity, which inspired the founders to embark on this venture. Each bottle reflects the team's dedication to quality and tradition, making Tezi Winery a notable new player in the Georgian wine scene.
