Shavgulidze Wine Cellar

Established in 2019, Shavgulidze Wine Cellar is a vertically integrated, family-run vineyard and winery in Mtskheta Municipality. The family manages all stages of wine production, from pruning and harvesting to crushing, pressing, bottling, and labeling.
The vineyard, located in Tsilkani, cultivates the Shavkapito grape variety, yielding 4 to 5 tons annually. Established in 2012 on a south-facing slope, the vineyard was previously fallow land and now also includes almonds and apricots. The wine cellar in Mtskheta is fully equipped with high-quality equipment, producing around 3,000 bottles of wine each year
