Sarishvili Winery is located in Guria, one of Georgia’s oldest winemaking regions, where the unique microclimate and soil create ideal conditions for cultivating indigenous grape varieties. The winery grows native Georgian grapes such as Chkhaveri, Sakmiela, Badagi, Tsolikouri, and Otskhanuri Sapere, celebrated for their distinct flavors shaped by the region's specific conditions.
Beyond vineyards, the Sarishvilebi family manages fruit orchards and has ambitious plans to develop a vibrant tourist destination. Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in grape and fruit picking, wine-making masterclasses, and enjoy local cuisine and folk music. Planned eco-tourism activities, including cycling, hiking, and birdwatching, aim to enhance the experience.
