Periani Winery, founded in 2003, spans an 80-hectare estate in the Alazani Valley, located in the village of Vejini. The winery is situated directly within the vineyards, creating a close relationship between the growing of grapes and the winemaking process. The vineyards cover 50 hectares and are located on the northeast slope of the Tsivi-Gombori range, along the left bank of the Alazani River, at an altitude of 240 meters above sea level.
Equipped with modern facilities, Periani Winery uses European technology for processing the grapes. The wine is both aged in Qvevri and stored in stainless steel tanks, combining traditional methods with modern techniques to achieve optimal quality. This approach ensures that the unique characteristics of the region’s terroir are reflected in every bottle.
