ORILO was established in 2020 in the village of Khashmi, is built on the family's 40-50-year-old vineyards and ancestral cellar. The company, ORILO LTD, produces PDO dry red wine, Saperavi Khashmi, using an 8000-year-old Georgian traditional methodology, and semi-dry rosé wine from Saperavi grapes under the brand “Anastasia.” With over 10,000 units bottled, the company is poised for growth, leveraging its rich heritage and modern momentum.
The brand ORILO derives its portmanteau name (ORphan ILO - ORILO) from the founder Ilo (Obolilo) Nakhutsvrishvili, who established the cellar some 100 years ago.
