NioSebi is a winery founded with passion in 2021, dedicated to crafting wines of the highest standard. The company’s founders remain deeply connected to Georgian folklore, believing that there are many parallels between Georgian dance and the essence of wine.
The vine and humankind have shared their origins on Georgian soil, each breathing life into the other through the centuries. Georgian wine is a reflection of the history, culture, and lifestyle of the Georgian people. It represents the spirit of hospitality, friendship, unity, and longevity.
