Martvili Marani was founded in 2012 in the village of Targameuli, located in the Martvili municipality. The company has cultivated vineyards on 3 hectares of land in Targameuli, featuring varieties such as Ojaleshi, Aladasturi, Orbeluri Ojaleshi, Tsolikouri, Tsitska, and Krakhuna. Martvili Marani also collaborates with partner vine growers in the regions of Imereti, Lechkhumi, and Kakheti, who manage their vineyards organically under the company’s supervision. Using these grape varieties, the winery produces natural wines through traditional Georgian Qvevri techniques, crafting about 14,000 bottles annually.
Martvili Marani wines are exported to numerous countries, including the USA, Japan, Denmark, Greece, Germany, Australia, Taiwan, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, England, Poland, Portugal, Finland, and Serbia.
