Kobuladze Cellar was officially founded in 2017, but its roots stretch back several decades. The founder's deep passion for winemaking and the increasing popularity of his wines inspired him to share his creations with a broader audience.
Significantly, one of the vineyards is situated in Kvemo Kartli, a region pivotal to Georgian wine history, where an 8,000-year-old Qvevri was discovered.
Today, "Kobuladze Cellar" produces four wines with geographical indications and a blend made from French grape varieties. Among these, the 2018 Rkatsiteli is particularly noteworthy, having won a gold medal at the Wine and Spirits Awards held by Expo Georgia in 2019.
