Gavazi Estate's story begins in 2023, when two young winemakers, inspired by their love for Georgian winemaking and respect for tradition, established a wine cellar in the village of Gavazi. However, the true journey of their wine began centuries ago, as evidenced by the Qvevri discovered on their property, dating back to the 19th century.
Their mission is to continue this heritage and share the unique experience of Georgian wine with both local and international wine enthusiasts. Gavazi Estate produces Kisi and Saperavi wines, each sip conveying the unique character and culture of Georgian vines, filled with exceptional quality and traditional flavor.
