Founded in 2017 by David Dzagania, Etiquette Winery began by supplying wine to the family’s restaurant. After closing the restaurant in 2019, the focus shifted entirely to wine production. The winery now collaborates with vineyards in Telavi and Kvareli and is working toward full self-sufficiency by 2025-2026, with plans to produce all wine from their own grapes.
Looking ahead, Etiquette Winery aims to expand further, including launching its own brandy by 2025-2026. The winery is also developing its own vineyards and increasing production to ensure the highest quality, while leveraging the unique terroirs of Kakheti to shape the distinct character of their wines.
