Enophea was founded in 2018 in Telavi, Kakheti, driven by a deep passion for winemaking. The family-run winery aims to honor and extend Georgia's 8000-year-old winemaking heritage. Enophea produces a diverse range of wines, including white, amber, rosé, and red, aged in both Qvevri and oak barrels.
At Enophea Winery, the winemaking process follows age-old methods, with fermentation taking place in Qvevris. This unique technique allows the wines to develop rich, complex flavors with minimal intervention, preserving the natural essence of the grapes. Enophea Winery is committed to quality over quantity, creating wines that reflect the true spirit of Kakheti's terroir.
