Doesi Estate was established in 2019, is located in the central Georgian region of Shida Kartli. This area, with a winemaking history dating back to 6,000 BC, is renowned for its distinct grape selection. The estate spans 11 hectares and cultivates eight different grape varieties, which are handpicked each harvest to ensure the highest quality.
By integrating modern technology with traditional winemaking processes, Doesi Estate emphasizes environmental sustainability. Situated at 700 meters above sea level, the vineyard benefits from a moderate climate and abundant sunny days, allowing for the production of wines with rich taste and unique character.
