Dimitri Wine began with a heartfelt letter from Grandfather Dimitri himself: 'You have nothing to worry about; focus on your children, whom I cherish, and your health. The most important thing is to take care of the vineyard, which will be your permanent home. Give it your all, and it will sustain you. I repeat, sell everything I own my coat, boots, everything and tend to the vineyard. Know that I love that vineyard as much as I love myself.'

This dedication to the vineyard became the foundation of Dimitri Winery.
