Damarchine Estate is a small family-owned winery located in Mukuzani, Kakheti, on an estate historically known as "Damarchine." Established in 2016 with the installation of its first Qvevris, the winery has grown steadily over the years, now producing up to 10,000 bottles of wine annually. In addition to winemaking, the estate will welcome visitors to a tasting area and restaurant starting in 2025, offering an immersive experience in Georgian wine culture.
The winemaking process emphasizes quality from the start, with grapes handpicked and transported quickly to the nearby cellar for immediate processing. Fermentation is carried out naturally on wild yeast, and wines are aged in Qvevris for three months, following traditional Kakhetian methods.
